Our menu will take you on a journey to the heart of Corsica, by offering you some traditional family recipes such as "Ravioli" with brocciu and "Persa", Madame Anziani's Corsican soup or the traditional Fiadone. The beautiful local products

In our hotel-restaurant near Bastia, you will find typical Corsican flavors, resulting from the know-how of regional producers. You may have the chance to taste the “Tiger” veal from the organic breeding of Mr. Abbatucci, the charcuterie “house of E Scopelle” and the fish caught offshore by our local fishermen. All these products will be sublimated by our chef Wilfrid Travet.

  • July - August: open all week, midday and evening / closed Monday midday and Tuesday midday
  • May - June - September: open all week, midday and evening / closed Monday midday or Tuesday midday 
  • January: restaurant closing
